Hey guys!  OhNoJoeVo here:

The thread looks pretty dead right now so how about we all introduce ourselves a little bit.  We talk on the server all the time but don't really know much about each other's experiences or backgrounds whether they be in minecraft or real life.  So to make this nice and informative let's keep it casual but in an organized manner!

Hmm.. maybe around 3 years?  Since alpha
Minecraft experiences:
I'm pretty good at redstone.
Love watching technical LPers.
Love to stockpile then build all I want.
I am recently trying to be more creative in my builds.
I have been the mayor of several towns that have then had the server die on ;[.
Love to believe I had mastered the most efficient way to rush things I need since day zero!

I'm in a fraternity, love experiencing different people and travelling around.

How long you have played Minecraft: 1 year (mostly on 360, recent transplant)

Minecraft experiences: big fan of building in odd or hard to reach areas/unusual areas. Enjoy working on group projects.

Any cool other experiences?: used to live in Japan and Korea. Married and luckily my wife loves to read long books so I get plenty of game time.

How long you have played Minecraft: A bit over a year now

I also met my current boyfriend playing Minecraft on my previous server, that's how I I ended up in Denmark.


Any cool other experiences?: From Norway, but I have lived in Sweden, Spain and now Denmark. Used to do parachuting, almost crushed myself into a rock (over 1,5 meter tall) while landing once.

How long you have played Minecraft: Since around Beta 1.1 -- January 2011.

Minecraft experiences: I've run a few servers with my good friend David, known on the server as MoMoe0, and I commonly play with my brother, CheeseDoctor22, and my girlfriend, SaraEmily28. I enjoy this game a lot and spend quite a bit of time on multiplayer, singleplayer, and mods. Adventure maps are fun sometimes as well.

Any cool other experiences?: Compared to some of you guys, I'm pretty boring. Glad I have exciting people on my server!

How long you have played Minecraft: Since the end of Beta 1.4

Minecraft experiences: I built a sandcastle in survival and it got about 500 upvotes on Reddit, which was really awesome. I used to maintain a Deviantart page (CheeseDoctor22.Deviantart.com) where I posted lot's of Minecraft art, but I'm really no longer interested in that. I play Minecraft a ton and recently it has mostly been with Ben. Co-owning a server with him is amazing! I'm currently starting a town called SIM, so look for that to be up sometime in the near future.

Any cool other experiences?: Not really, although I've been on my local news quite a few times for stupid stuff, does that count?
