A Bank at Spawn

This idea was brought up in a previous thread but now that we have limited the transport commands I think the idea of a bank is more viable now.

Since players like to warp between resource and the regular world, once they have a full inv from the resource world they have to make the journey from spawn to their respective homes, this could be quite a journey, I know it is for me. With a bank in spawn, players can purchase access to store rooms, to quickly drop off resources saving time and allowing longer mining sessions.

Building off Aandolins idea I believe that the bank should
-Provide weekly deals on buying a select item
-Provide mini store houses (6 double chests?) for players to purchase

Any thoughts on this idea or ways to improve are welcomed

I'm definitely all for a bank at spawn, and I think the idea may be in the works with Astri and Tsuk as well. I fully support the aforementioned ideas!
